^*Monthly phone service is extra and depends on the number of lines, call volume, and optional call menus (IVR), AI answering, and call recording and transcription — starting at $49/month with unlimited minutes, voicemail, and missed-call notifications. Numbers we provide are leased as part of the service (see Terms).

^†Set hours, holidays and closings ahead of time; the site updates itself and shows, for example, “Now Open · closes at 9pm” or “Now Closed · opens at 10am.”

Email: other email options are available. Extra mailboxes in any package are $5/month each. Email marketing and newsletters are quoted separately.

Plainly: design concepts remain NameAxis work until licensed; once licensed, the license is perpetual, with no ongoing fees. Upgrade anytime — what you’ve paid carries forward. Cancelling stops the next renewal of any plan; the current term isn’t refunded. Yearly plans are one prepaid payment with no setup fee (savings compare a year of monthly payments plus setup). Yearly plans, setup fees and completed work are non-refundable. Unused support time doesn’t roll over. Custom projects are quoted in writing first; third-party costs (ad spend, filing fees and similar) are separate. See our Terms, including refunds & cancellation.

FAQ

Do I need a website?

No. Many businesses only need professional email, a branded phone number, a logo, or a connection between the tools they already use. Everything is available à la carte.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Every package can be paid monthly (setup fee plus month-to-month) or as one yearly payment with no setup fee and about two months free.

What does “integration” mean?

Connecting your website, forms and phone to the systems you already run — your point-of-sale, payment processor or CRM — so orders, bookings and customer details land where you work, without retyping.

How long does it take?

Most quote replies go out within one business day. Build time depends on scope; target dates are on your quote before you accept.

Who owns the website and logo?

You do. Your content stays yours, and once licensed your logo license is perpetual. If you leave, we hand off what you need to keep running elsewhere where the platform allows.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes — cancelling stops your next renewal, monthly or yearly. The current term isn’t refunded, and service continues to the end of it. See Refunds & cancellation in our Terms.
